This policy explains what information Frame Clarte collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Frame Clarte is a small business run by Mariah in Utah, USA, and is responsible for the information described here. It covers this website, my emails, and anything you download or buy from me. WHAT I COLLECT

When you sign up for a free template or email list, I collect your first name and email address.

When you email me, I keep your message and email address so I can reply.

When you visit this website, some information is collected automatically, like your browser type, device, general location, the pages you visit, and how you found the site. This comes from cookies and similar tools (see below).

When you open or click an email from me, my email provider records that, so I can tell which emails are helpful.

If you buy something from me in the future, payment is handled by a payment processor like Stripe or a marketplace like Etsy. I receive your name, email and order details, but I don't see or store your full card details.

I don't collect sensitive information (like health, religion or financial account details), and I don't use your information for automated decisions about you.

HOW I USE IT

I don't sell your personal information.

If you're in the EU or UK, here's the legal basis: I send emails because you gave consent when you signed up, I handle purchases to fulfill our agreement, and I use analytics because I have a legitimate interest in improving the site.

WHO HELPS ME RUN THINGS

I use a few trusted services that process information on my behalf:

• MailerLite: hosts this website and sends my emails

• Google Analytics: shows how people use the site

• Google Drive: hosts the free template downloads

• Stripe or Etsy: handle payments, if you buy something

Each service has its own privacy policy and only gets what it needs to do its job.

I may also share information if the law requires it, with professional advisers like an accountant or lawyer, or if Frame Clarte is ever sold or merged, in which case the new owner would have to follow this policy.

WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED

Frame Clarte is based in the United States, and the services I use store information in the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., your information will be transferred there. These services use standard safeguards for international transfers.

KEEPING IT SAFE

I use reputable services with strong security and limit access to my accounts. No system is perfect, so I can't promise your information will never be exposed, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.

COOKIES

This site uses cookies to keep it working and to understand visits through Google Analytics and MailerLite. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some stats won't be collected.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Pages and emails may link to other sites, like Pinterest or Etsy. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for how they handle your information.

YOUR CHOICES

• Unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

• Update your preferences: use the "Update your preferences" link in any email to choose which emails you get.

• See, change or delete your information: email hello@frameclarte.com and I'll take care of it.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK, California or another U.S. state with privacy laws), you may have extra rights, like asking what information I hold about you, asking me to correct or delete it, or getting a copy of it. Email me and I'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

I keep your information while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, I keep a record of that so I don't email you again, and I delete the rest when it's no longer needed. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

CHILDREN

Frame Clarte is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

CHANGES

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted here, and I'll update the date at the top of this page.
